Building Services Engineer – Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance

BGIS UK & Europe is seeking a Building Services Maintenance Engineer in London to maintain critical building systems and environmental conditions. You will perform planned maintenance, reactive repairs, and fault finding across mechanical and electrical systems at GPE, Hanover Square.

Key duties include routine maintenance of HVAC, pumps, and fire systems; reactive task responses; subcontractor supervision; Permit to Work management; and rapid fault resolution to keep systems operational.
