Hospital Front Desk & Patient Services Officer

Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board are seeking a Clerical Officer to join the IV Suite at Wrexham Maelor Hospital. You will provide friendly front-of-house reception, handle patient journeys, arrange appointments and update records within a busy outpatient setting.

Proven IT and administrative skills are essential, with attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a small team on a rolling two-week rota. Welsh language skills will be learned on appointment.
