Senior Care Home Manager — Lead Quality & Growth

Pharmacyupdate is recruiting a Care Home Manager for a Bedford-based home. You will lead day-to-day operations, ensure high-quality, person-centred care and maintain strong occupancy alongside financial performance.

You will be supported by a Deputy Manager, Administrator and wider teams, with Operations and Central support guiding strategic delivery. The role requires CQC knowledge, leadership ability, and a track record in residential or nursing care.
