Senior HR Business Partner – Lead People & ER Strategy

Sixth Form College is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to lead the HRBP function and a small team. You will provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters, partner with managers and trade unions, and drive development initiatives across the college.

You will oversee Learning and Development, identify future workforce needs, and ensure staff have access to the support and resources they need to thrive in a collaborative environment.
