Roadside Incident Manager — Calm, Timely Support

RAC is seeking a DAFaid Incident Manager to own roadside assistance incidents from initial contact to resolution. Based in our Walsall office, you will coordinate with dealerships, suppliers and recovery partners to keep incidents moving and customers informed.

You’ll balance priorities in a fast-paced contact centre, take ownership, and provide calm, clear support to members when plans are disrupted. This is a full-time, permanent, office-based role with rotational shifts.
