Treatment Coordinator & Front Desk — Patient Care

PortmanDentex in London’s Harley Street is seeking an experienced Treatment Coordinator and Receptionist to support patients from the moment they join our practice. The role blends front-desk duties with care coordination to ensure smooth patient journeys.

You will cover reception on occasion, work typical shifts Mon–Fri 08:00–20:00 with some Saturdays, and contribute to a supportive, patient‑focused team. A competitive hourly rate starts at 18 GBP with bonus and wellbeing benefits.
