Retail Store Manager: Lead Sales, VM & Team Excellence

Glassworks London is seeking a Retail Store Manager to own the commercial performance, customer experience, team capability and daily operation of a Glassworks store. This is a shop-floor leadership role, leading service and selling from the floor while coaching your team and upholding VM and stock standards.

You will build strong customer relationships, manage KPI-driven priorities and ensure the store is commercially alive every day.
