Electrical Maintenance Manager – Hospital Critical Systems

Randstad CPE is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Manager to lead a team of 5–6 engineers at a hospital site. You will oversee day-to-day electrical maintenance, testing, and compliance across critical systems to ensure safe, reliable estate operation.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong technical knowledge of distribution, emergency power, and compliance with HTMs/HBNs, with on-site responsibilities and contribution to budget and contractor management.
