HARVEY Maps is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our team in Doune, central Scotland. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries by phone, email, and in person at the shop, and providing admin, dispatch and sales support.
Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in customer service or admin, strong MS Office skills, and a friendly, professional manner. The role offers pro rata holiday, pension contributions, and a flexible approach to daily hours.
