As the Assistant Visual Merchandising Manager at L’Oréal Luxe, you drive in-store visual strategies to deliver luxury retail excellence. You translate brand strategy into premium customer experiences across stores and manage budgets, logistics, and supplier relationships to ensure flawless execution. You collaborate with Retail Design, Marketing and Zone teams to align O+O journeys and activations with the brand. Your role blends aesthetic leadership with operational discipline to shape impactful, brand-consistent exhibitions that enhance commercial performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-store activations implementation and adjust POS navigation to reflect brand strategy
• Allocate 5–10% of time to oversee top doors in London and provide feedback reports
• Coordinate logistics for new openings, refits, and refurbishments, including POS, testers and visuals
• Manage VM costs and PPP budgets in line with Group guidelines
• Maintain critical databases (lightbox, VM calendar, counter master plan) and ensure up-to-date records
• Collaborate with Retail Design, Marketing and Zone teams to ensure seamless O+O customer journeys
• Foster strong supplier relationships to ensure timely installation of animations
