Automotive Service & MOT Booking Advisor

Holdcroft Motor Group is seeking a customer-focused Contact Centre Advisor to join our team in Stoke-on-Trent. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to internet enquiries, and book services, MOTs, and repairs across the group.

This role offers an enhanced earning potential and a supportive environment with training and development. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm, with a base salary of 26,436 plus a bonus on target earnings (£32,000 OTE).
