Outpatient Matron – Lead Care & Service Improvement

UHDB in Derbyshire and South Staffordshire is seeking an experienced Outpatient Matron to lead and develop our outpatient services across Queens Hospital Burton, Samuel Johnson and Sir Robert Peel Hospitals.

You will provide visible clinical and operational leadership, drive service improvement, governance, and change management to deliver safe, patient-centred care. The role is a full-time Band 8a position with a collaborative, multidisciplinary focus.
