The post holder will negotiate leases, manage acquisitions and disposals, and optimise service charges, working closely with the Associate Director for Health Planning and Property.
The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, detailed knowledge of estates best practice, and the ability to manage multiple high value projects across Sussex.
