The Evolv Collection’s Quaglino’s in London is seeking a talented Sous Chef to lead our kitchen team toward culinary excellence. You will supervise and coach staff on cooking techniques, food presentation, and safety, ensuring high standards during every service.

In busy periods you’ll command the pass, support chefs across sections, and, in Head Chef’s absence, oversee operations, inventory, cost control with ADACO, and strict cleanliness.
