Assessment Delivery Optimisation Lead – Equity

Scarlet is seeking an Assessment Delivery Optimisation lead to plan, prioritise, and deploy resources across our portfolio. You will design the operating model to scale from today to roughly four times the existing client base, spanning devices and regulatory frameworks.

You will solve a global scheduling problem with a distributed, mixed workforce and some in-person assessments. You will build systems for matching expertise, location, and timing, using data modelling and AI to keep assessments
