Data Quality Controller

Overview

In this role you ensure high-quality lease data flows into the management database to support accurate reporting and decision-making. You work within the Data Management team to maintain data integrity, coordinate with cross-functional operations, and own the data management process end-to-end. You will monitor compliance with data standards, assist with audits, and drive corrective actions where needed. Responsibilities

• Review and interpret leases and related documents
• Ensure accurate transfer of lease data into the management database within SLA
• Review data input from team members to ensure dataset integrity
• Maintain Clients, Properties and Units records in the management database
• Act as main contact for other operations teams within PAM
• Take full ownership of the Data Management process
• Maintain and review dataset accuracy in regular meetings with management; coordinate corrective actions
• Assist in monitoring landlords’ and tenants’ covenants; support reporting and critical event management
• Assist in audits and information gathering for internal/external processes
• Participate in various project work
