Quality Assurance Specialist

Overview

In this role you will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of dividend payments by QA-ing the Dividend Event Specialist’s work throughout the dividend cycle. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and global partners to uphold quality, sign off transfers and FX requests, and support process improvement. The position sits in the Dividends team within Corporate Services, contributing to reliable dividend administration for clients worldwide. This is a hands-on, quality-focused role in a flexible, hybrid Bristol-based environment with growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• QA completed dividend payments
• Sign off money movements, FX requests and DRIP instructions within signing authority limits
• Check and approve stock movements
• Build and maintain relationships with team members and global teams
• Provide statistics on errors and feedback to improve processes
• Support the Dividend Operations Manager with quality improvements throughout the dividend cycle

Key requirements

• Experience in a QA role (advantageous)
• Proficiency in MS Office – Excel (Basic)
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
