Strategic Talent Acquisition Account Lead

Caraffi Limited in City of London is seeking an Account Specialist to streamline talent acquisition processes for contract staffing. You will manage day-to-day account activities, liaise with hiring managers and suppliers, and ensure high levels of service and timely placement.

You’ll screen resumes, coordinate interviews, negotiate bill rates, and oversee onboarding, offboarding, and ongoing contractor management while maintaining strong relationships and delivering against SLAs.
