Technology Lead Business Analyst – Vice President

You will bridge business needs and technology within Citi’s Equities Technology team, focusing on cash equities and related platforms. In this role you will lead end-to-end delivery for critical technology initiatives, working cross-functionally with front office and risk stakeholders to drive value. You’ll shape governance, requirements, and release plans in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of key technology initiatives for Cash Equities, Delta 1 and Derivatives
• Chair project meetings and provide clear status, risks, and next steps to stakeholders
• Oversee budgets, issues, dependencies, and workload priorities across projects
• Contribute to product roadmaps, development governance, and automation initiatives
• Partner with business to document requirements and ensure Citi standards are met
• Coordinate with development, testing, and production support for releases and post-implementation support
• Engage with stakeholders across Front Office, Middle Office, Finance, Compliance, and Risk
• Support change management by producing release notes and test case guidance
• Assess risk in business decisions and ensure compliance with laws and Citi policies

Key requirements

• Significant experience in hybrid BA/PM role with full project lifecycle delivery
• Ability to run multiple projects simultaneously in a multi-stakeholder environment
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment
