Senior Program Manager

We’re working with an enterprise organisation on a major technology transformation programme, replacing a business-critical Rights Management System (RMS) ahead of its end-of-support deadline in 2028.

We’re looking for an experienced Programme Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery, from procurement and vendor selection through to implementation, data migration and legacy system decommissioning.

• Location: London (Hybrid)
• Contract: 6–12 months (potential extensions)
• Start: ASAP

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience delivering Rights Management System (RMS) implementations or replacements within broadcasting, TV or media.
• Knowledge of platforms such as MediaGenix WHATS’ON, RightsLogic, Fadel or Sintec Media.
• Experience managing large-scale data migrations, system integrations and legacy decommissioning.
• Strong procurement experience, including RFP/RFI processes, vendor selection and commercial negotiations.
• Ability to lead complex transformation programmes and manage senior stakeholders.

This is a high-visibility, business-critical programme with excellent potential for long-term engagement.
