Senior Technical Program Manager

Overview

In this role you will own the strategic roadmap for Cloud & AI training, shaping content with technology and training leads and driving delivery across the organization. You’ll partner with engineering leaders, PMO and external vendors to build a cohesive training program, measure impact, and communicate value to senior leadership. The role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, enabling teams to adopt AI and Cloud with speed and clarity. Responsibilities

• Develop and own the Cloud & AI Training & Development roadmap with technology leads
• Collaborate with senior engineering leaders to assess training needs and design bespoke plans
• Manage overall training delivery and budget, balancing general and BU-specific offerings
• Coordinate with 3rd party vendors for design and delivery of L&D programs
• Define success criteria and measure impact to enable data-driven decisions on training offerings
• Serve as primary liaison with PMO and Engineering leadership to ensure transparent reporting and updates

Key requirements

• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience
• Proven track record leading technical programs and global training roadmaps
• Data driven and results-oriented with strong analytical and quantitative skills
