HNW Mortgage Advisor — Hybrid, High-Impact Role

Ashtons Estate Agency is recruiting a Mortgage Advisor to join our specialist team. The role covers three offices—Harpenden, Hitchin and Berkhamstead—supporting high-net-worth clients with expert mortgage advice.

Basic salary £30,000 with an OTE of £50,000–£55,000. Typical hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am–6.00pm, with occasional Saturday work from home. Exciting benefits accompany a growing department within a prestigious Hertfordshire firm.
