The role supports operations in Great Britain and Ireland, with additional assistance to the Netherlands. Key duties include reviewing, drafting, and negotiating construction and commercial contracts, resolving disputes, and advising on regulatory changes.Key Responsibilities:
- Review, draft, and negotiate construction contracts (including JCT, NEC, and FIDIC) and commercial contracts.
- Provide legal advice and support to the Great Britain, Ireland, and Netherlands business units.
- Resolve legal disputes arising from construction projects, supply chain arrangements, and service operations.
- Develop, implement, and update relevant legal policies and guidelines.
- Coordinate legal proceedings before courts and government agencies to protect KONE’s interests.
