Real Estate Finance Associate – Cross-Border Transactions

Wicker Hamilton Limited in London is recruiting a Real Estate Finance Associate to join a leading US law firm’s team. The role offers exposure to complex UK and cross-border financing, advising sponsors, investors and lenders on a broad range of real estate assets.

You will work closely with partners and colleagues on acquisition and investment finance, refinancings, loan restructurings and drafting of finance documents, while building client relationships and managing key workstreams.
