Product Manager

Overview

In this role you will drive product transformation across the business, ensuring strategy, KPIs and governance are embedded to deliver measurable outcomes. You will work cross-functionally at the intersection of product, development and leadership, guiding initiatives end-to-end and aligning product and engineering to a shared plan. This is a non-management, influence-driven role focused on driving alignment, rigor and delivery. A key hook is applying AI-enabled approaches to shape the product portfolio and roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Lead product transformation initiatives from concept to delivery across product teams
• Define and embed strategy, governance and success metrics to measure transformation outcomes
• Develop KPI frameworks and reporting for senior leadership visibility on performance
• Identify gaps in product strategy, process and execution and plan fixes
• Facilitate workshops with product leads and stakeholders to align priorities and roadmaps
• Shape and support a unified product roadmap across the portfolio
• Translate priorities into actionable execution plans for product and engineering teams
• Maintain repeatable, scalable product transformation processes and governance
• Prepare materials for leadership reviews and decision-making

Key requirements

• 5+ years in product management, product strategy or transformation
• Experience in a product transformation or strategy consulting environment preferred
• Background in data, market research, analytics or information-services businesses a plus
• Experience with GenAI, LLMs and AI agents/copilots
• Track record leading cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple product lines
• Experience building KPI frameworks, governance structures, and performance reporting
• Strong strategic thinking with disciplined execution
• Good facilitation skills for workshops and cross-team alignment
