Lead, Production & Dispatch – Food Manufacturing

Bell Recruitment is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily production and despatch operations, ensuring safety, legality, efficiency and quality compliance across the site in Bangor. You will supervise the team, allocate tasks, monitor progress and ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time.
