The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Company Directors, you’ll oversee the full HR lifecycle across both Head Office and site-based teams. From payroll and benefits to performance management and TUPE, this is a true generalist role where no two days are the same.
You’ll provide practical, commercially grounded advice to managers across the portfolio while ensuring compliance, consistency and a high-quality employee experience.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Providing proactive support and advice to managers and employees across the business
- Delivering accurate monthly payroll and year-end processes
- Overseeing onboarding (including TUPE transfers) and ensuring statutory compliance
- Supporting managers with performance management, grievance, disciplinary and redundancy matters
This is a broad and engaging role that combines operational detail with advisory influence.
About You
You’ll likely be:
- An experienced HR generalist (circa 5+ years)
- Highly organised, detail-focused and comfortable managing payroll
