Asset Manager – Lab & Scientific Facilities

The Ellison Institute of Technology (EIT) is seeking an experienced Asset Manager to lead strategic and operational management of our physical asset portfolio across laboratories, clinical environments and offices. You will establish robust asset governance and drive predictive maintenance programs.

The role requires hands-on CMMS experience, a track record in regulated environments and strong stakeholder management, with the ability to manage multi-site assets and mentor a high-performing team.
