Education HR Manager – Remote-friendly, 2-schools focus

This is Alexander Faraday Limited is seeking an experienced HR Manager/Generalist to support two schools with HR management and compliance, covering end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and HR reporting. You will lead employee training, inductions, and development support while acting as the first point of contact for HR queries.

You will advise senior leadership and managers on employee relations, disciplinary matters, and process improvements, with occasional home-based flexibility.
