Church Growth Trust Limited seeks an (Assistant) Property Manager to work with the Senior Property Manager on day-to-day management of CGT’s church properties and to partner with occupying churches in Gospel outreach. The role includes liaising with trustees, visiting properties, and drafting tenancy terms.
The successful candidate will have solid property management knowledge, office software experience (Office 365), a valid driving licence, and a committed evangelical faith.
