Youth Personal Assistant & Independence Support

Conwy County Borough Council is seeking a compassionate care assistant to support a 13-year-old at home. You will help with personal care when required and assist the family in building trust, routines, and gentle independence, under DBS and references checks.

The role focuses on staying with the young person at home and enabling small acts of daily activity and participation in family life, with training provided as needed.
