Women’s Outreach & Empowerment Worker

Forward Trust is seeking a compassionate Women’s Outreach Worker to support women experiencing homelessness and social exclusion in Southend City. You will engage with women facing rough sleeping, begging or sex work, applying trauma-informed, strengths-based practice to help access housing, healthcare and support services.

You will build relationships, navigate complex systems with multi‑agency partners and empower women to pursue safer, more settled lives with dignity and independence.
