• Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters including acquisitions, disposals, and landlord/tenant work
• Draft, review and negotiate leases, contracts, licences, and other real estate documentation
• Advise clients on development projects, property finance transactions and strategic real estate matters
• Build strong client relationships and provide responsive, commercially focused legal advice
