Compassionate Care & Support Worker (Evenings/Weekends)

Southern Housing are seeking a Care & Support Worker at 22 Argyll S, Ryde, Isle of Wight, to provide personalised, high quality support to residents across schemes and in the local community. The role is 35 hours per week with evenings and weekends as required.

You will work with older adults, people with learning disabilities or autism, and those with complex needs, following individual care plans to promote independence, dignity and inclusion. DBS check required; full training provided.
