Resident Services Lead – Build to Rent

Cobalt Consulting (UK) Ltd is recruiting a Senior Residential Services Associate to join an established Build to Rent operator at a residential development in Leeds.

This resident-facing role combines customer service, front-of-house duties and day-to-day operations, making you the key contact for residents and helping the building run smoothly.

The package includes a salary of £29,500 and a 40-hour week with shifts from 8:00am–5:30pm or 11:00am–8:00pm, plus one Saturday shift when required.
