Placements Officer – Education and Residential (12m FTC)

Horizon Care Ltd in Leeds seeks a highly organised Placements Officer to join our Education & Residential team on a 12-month maternity cover. You will coordinate referrals between Local Authorities, Registered Managers and school partners, matching placements and communicating offers promptly and professionally.

Hybrid role with two site visits per week, 37.5 hours, and a £30,000 per annum salary plus a performance bonus up to 10%.
