Strategic HR Manager – Manufacturing Growth

Glen Callum Associates Ltd is seeking an HR Manager for Stoke-on-Trent/Staffordshire. The role focuses on taking ownership of the people strategy, beyond routine HR processes, and driving recruitment, retention, leadership development, employee engagement and culture.

Ideal candidates will hold CIPD Level 5+, have manufacturing/engineering experience, be hands-on and commercially minded, and relish shaping a growing business with around 400 local staff.
