Ark is seeking a Recruitment Lead for Ark Teacher Training to manage end-to-end recruitment of high-quality trainee teachers for Ark and partner schools. The role focuses on attracting candidates and guiding them through the recruitment process.

Based in our West London office with hybrid working, you will build university partnerships, deliver engaging presentations, screen applicants, and collaborate with HRBs and school principals to meet recruitment targets.
