Customer Outcomes & Conduct Risk Analyst

Liberty Specialty Markets, London, seeks a Customer Outcomes Analyst to adapt and implement its Conduct Risk and Complaints framework in line with FCA Consumer Duty and Product Governance. You will work with Underwriters, Compliance, Claims, TPAs and delegated authority teams to embed robust controls across the business.
