Senior Financial Crime Lead – Hybrid (Nottingham)

Broadgate is seeking a Financial Crime Officer in Nottingham (Hybrid) to join the MLRO-led AML team. You’ll lead frontline investigations, mentor first-line investigators, and own QA processes to raise SAR quality.

You’ll define policies, partner with the MLRO on SAR decisions and audits, and drive second-line assurance, challenging CDD and closing risk findings. The role offers a base salary with bonus and 25 days’ holiday.
