Are you a caring, compassionate and reliable person who wants to make a real difference in people’s lives? We are looking for enthusiastic Support Workers/Healthcare Assistants to join our team. You will provide person-centred support to individuals, helping them live as independently as possible while promoting their dignity, wellbeing, choices and quality of life.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and person-centred support.
• Assist individuals with their daily routines and personal care where required.
• Encourage independence and support people to access activities, appointments and the wider community.
• Follow individual care and support plans.
• Monitor wellbeing and report any concerns or changes.
• Promote safeguarding and maintain a safe environment.
• Complete accurate daily records and relevant documentation.
• Work closely with colleagues, families and other professionals.
• Follow company policies, health and safety procedures and safeguarding requirements.

Essential Skills and Experience?

• A minimum of 6 months UK experience.
• The right to work in the UK and willingness to complete an?enhanced DBS check you must hold or be willing to obtain this, references, and safer-recruitment checks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of dignity, privacy, safeguarding, and person-centred care.
• Ability to follow care plans, instructions, and organisational procedures.
• Previous experience in a healthcare or care environment.?
• Driving Licence (Desirable)?

Qualifications

• Healthcare or Care qualification, such as Care Certificate, Level 2/3 Health and Social Care, or equivalent, is desirable.
• Willingness to undertake relevant training and professional development.
