Role Description

The Estate Agency Branch Manager and valuer is a full-time role in a competitive market and one prime for expansion and scope. Estate agency valuation experience is vital for this role.

Qualifications

• Strong estate agency expertise, including property valuations, sales progression and local market knowledge would be advantageous.
• Proven leadership and people management skills, with experience supervising teams, setting goals, and supporting staff development.
• Excellent client-facing skills, including communication, negotiation, and the ability to build long-term relationships with buyers and sellers.
• Solid organizational and administrative abilities, with attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and confident use of property and office software.
• Commercial awareness and business development skills, including target setting, pipeline management, and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Understanding of relevant property legislation, codes of practice, and compliance requirements (e.g., AML, consumer protection, data privacy).
• Experience in an estate agency or related property role; prior branch management or senior negotiator experience is highly beneficial.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for local appointments and valuations.
