Front Desk & Patient Experience Host

Specsavers is seeking a proactive Receptionist & Customer Experience Host for our busy optical and audiology practice in Dudley. You will be the face of the clinic, ensuring every patient feels welcomed and well-informed from arrival through to their appointment.

The role requires excellent communication, strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, coordinating with clinicians and pre-testing staff to maintain smooth patient flow.
