Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Croxdale. The Sales Executive will engage with customers in the showroom and via phone and email to understand their needs, present suitable vehicles and services, and guide them through the full sales process from initial enquiry to handover. Daily responsibilities include managing leads, conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives, preparing finance and product quotations, and maintaining accurate records in dealership systems. The role also involves following up with prospects, nurturing long-term customer relationships, coordinating with aftersales and finance teams, and ensuring a professional, welcoming environment that reflects Croxdale Group’s customer service standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar customer-facing sales role, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong customer service skills, including active listening, needs analysis, and building long-term relationships.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills, with clear, confident verbal and written communication.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities, including managing multiple leads, follow-ups, and administrative tasks.
- Comfort using dealership systems, CRM tools, and basic office software for recording activities and preparing quotations.
- Knowledge of vehicle features, finance options, and automotive products, or a willingness to learn quickly.
- Professional, reliable, and proactive approach, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible to work dealership hours, including weekends and peak periods as required.
- Full, valid driving license suitable for test drives and customer demonstrations.
- Relevant experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service sectors is an advantage; formal sales training or qualifications are beneficial but not essential.
