We’re looking for a commercially savvy Product Developer to work across the fabulous world of ladies fashion, bringing exciting multi-category womenswear collections from concept to production.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives on creativity, understands the commercial realities of product development and knows exactly what it takes to deliver exceptional product at pace.

THE ROLE

You’ll be right at the heart of product creation, working closely with Design, Technical and Sourcing teams to bring collections to life.

• Own the product development journey from initial concept through to bulk production.
• Develop fabrics, trims, washes and finishes that deliver on style, quality and cost.
• Work directly with overseas factories, managing sourcing, supplier allocation and negotiations.
• Drive development across seasonal collections and Special Make Ups (SMUs).
• Manage fit sessions, sampling, approvals and critical paths.

WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT?

• 2-5 years’ experience in apparel product development, ideally across multi-category womenswear.
• Strong technical understanding of fit, fabrics, garment construction and finishes.
• Proven experience working with overseas factories and suppliers.
• Solid understanding of the wholesale fashion business model.
