Head of Social: Growth, Strategy & Virality

TALA is an activewear brand seeking a Head of Social to define and drive organic social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn. You will lead a social team, set direction, identify growth opportunities, and ensure social aligns with wider marketing and commercial objectives.

You will collaborate closely with Brand, Creative, Performance, Influencer, PR, Product and Ecommerce teams to keep Tala ahead of the conversation, balancing creativity with data and commercial thinking.
