Bid Manager – Security Systems (End-to-End UK Projects)

Redline Group is seeking a skilled Bid Manager to join our team in Chilwell, Nottingham on a permanent basis. You will lead the full bid lifecycle, producing compelling, compliant content and coordinating cross-functional SMEs to ensure timely submissions.

The role requires strong bid management experience, excellent proposal writing, and familiarity with CRM and bid tools. APMP accreditation or equivalent industry experience is desirable.
