Underwriting Operations Lead – 12-Month FTC

Talbot Underwriting in London is seeking an Underwriting Operations Support Manager on a 12-month FTC to lead a team of Technical Assistants and coordinate end-to-end underwriting support across syndicates 1183 and 2019.

You will mentor staff, manage performance, and work closely with underwriters, IT, and CoE partners to drive process improvements while ensuring compliance with Lloyd’s market requirements.
