Workday Delivery/PM Consultant

Overview

In this role you guide large-scale Workday ERP transformations for global clients, focusing on delivering HCM and/or FIN implementations end-to-end. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes and contribute to pre-sales and coaching activities. You will work within Accenture’s Workday Practice to push AI-enabled delivery and transformation initiatives. This is a hands-on, client-facing role in a dynamic, diverse environment with opportunities to grow your leadership and technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Workday HCM and/or FIN implementations
• Mobilize and structure the delivery team to meet client agreements
• Manage senior client stakeholders, engagement finances, and delivery quality
• Utilize proven assets to assure predictable, on-time, within-budget delivery
• Coach consultants and project managers to advance their skills
• Participate in (pre-)sales cycles for Workday opportunities
• Deliver in environments with AI-enhanced delivery using GenAI accelerators
• Lead diverse teams across onshore, nearshore, and offshore

Key requirements

• End-to-end Workday delivery experience in at least 2 engagements
• Stakeholder management, resource management, financial management, PMO, and quality management experience
• Ability to travel as needed and manage client interactions
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Fluency in French and English
• Certified in Workday PM/EM and/or other project management/agile methodologies
• Experience in leading Workday Financials implementations
• Experience in large, complex system transformations
• Ability to lead and coach teams and participate in pre-sales cycles
• Intermediate experience in HR system and/or ERP implementation
• Experience leading diverse teams onshore, nearshore and offshore
• AI/GenAI-enabled delivery experience (preferred)
• Fluency in another language (Italian, Spanish, German, etc.)
