Trainee Children’s Social Worker – Fully Funded Master’s

Frontline is offering a fully funded three-year training programme to become a children’s social worker. You will gain hands-on experience, mentoring, and a master’s degree with a tax-free £18,000–£20,000 bursary in year one.

After completing year one you are guaranteed paid employment as a newly qualified social worker within a local authority. Year two offers £30,000–£39,000, rising to up to £44,000 in year three, supported by the Frontline Fellowship community.
